Currently the studio is a hive a creative mindful energy. Whilst waiting for the greenware to dry followed by firing up the kiln for bisque ware and glazing there is a quiet moment where I am reaching for the paintbrushes and creating a palette of colour and story to have an emotional impact to be considered when viewed. My very first children’s picture book was launched this month.  The Adventures of Hoot, Wish Upon a Star. I am so excited to share with you my journey with Hoot. It all began with a watercolour painting in my studio. It was like Hoot was calling out to me to turn her into a picture book for children.  I thought Hoot needs company, friends to go on adventures with.
